From introduction to long-term partnership.

Referral-based or direct. A short message about who the student is and what the family is looking for.

If there is a fit, we talk. I assess alignment, goals, and current capacity. I respond personally within 48 hours.

Full scope of work begins at the selected tier. Both sides confirm alignment before annual commitment.

Ongoing engagement. Long-term stewardship with full continuity across academic years.

6–8 families maximum at any time.
